High-Speed Rotary Oscillating Fly Shear CTL Machine advanced metal processing system designed to cut continuously moving metal strip or sheet into precise lengths at very high line speeds using rotary oscillating fly shear mechanism. Machine widely used where tight length tolerance, high productivity, & clean cutting are required without stopping or slowing the strip. Rotary oscillating fly shear combines the advantages of rotary shearing & fly cutting. Shear unit accelerates, synchronizes with the strip speed, executes the cut while moving with the strip, & then decelerates back to its start position. This allows continuous strip movement, minimal tension difference, & extremely high cutting speed.
