Fixed Hydraulic High-Speed Shear CTL Machine an industrial metal processing system designed to cut continuously fed metal strip into exact lengths using fixed-position hydraulic guillotine shear. CTL machine combines the high cutting force & smooth operation of hydraulics with high production speed, making it fit for thin to medium-thick materials where clean cut quality & reliability essential. Fixed hydraulic shear CTL machine, Shear unit remains in fixed location, & cutting performed by hydraulic cylinders driving the upper blade against fixed lower blade. Strip may slow down or momentarily stop during cutting, but modern hydraulic systems allow fast response & high cycle rates for efficient production.
