Combination Slitting Line a multipurpose metal processing system designed to perform two operations in one integrated production line.

Coil Slitting - cutting wide metal coils into thin strips.
Cut to Length (Blanking) - cutting metal sheets into specific lengths.

Line generally used by steel service centers, metal processing industries, & manufacturing plants that need both slit coils & flat sheets from the same raw material coil.

Advantage of a combination line flexibility & cost efficiency, allowing operators to switch between slitting mode & cut to length mode based on production requirements.

Working Process -
Metal coil loaded onto the de-coiler.
Strip is guided into the slitting section .
Slitting knives cut the coil into narrow strips
Depending on the selected mode:

Slitting Mode
Strips pass through separator & tension unit
Slit coils are recoiled

Cut-to-Length Mode
Strip passes through leveller
Shear cuts sheets to required lengths
Sheets are stacked automatically
