Description

Sucralose is a high-intensity, low-calorie artificial sweetener derived from sucrose (table sugar). It is approximately 600 times sweeter than sugar and is widely used as a sugar substitute in food, beverages, pharmaceutical formulations, nutritional products, and oral-care products. Sucralose provides a sweet taste with very little or no added calories and has good stability in many food and beverage applications.
