GAS LAB storage tanks are designed and manufactured in compliance with ASME Sec. VIII standards at a U Stamp–certified facility. The storage units are available in horizontal, vertical, and frame-mounted configurations, with insulation options of polyurethane foam or vacuum perlite. Customers can select from our standard range of 5–120 MT units or opt for fully customized solutions tailored to specific requirements.
Each storage unit is delivered as a complete package with interconnecting piping, valves, safety devices, pressure and temperature gauges, and all necessary accessories to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. Integrated load cells are provided as standard for precise weight measurement, enabling accurate monitoring of CO₂ purchased or consumed.
To maximize safety, the design incorporates multiple protection layers against both high- and low-pressure scenarios. ASME-certified design, SIL-certified smart transmitters, redundant PLCs, remote monitoring capabilities, and ISO 12944 C5M corrosion protection ensure GAS LAB storage systems are fully equipped for the most demanding industrial environments, including refineries and power plants
