We manufacture only 30mnCrb5 grade boron alloy steel rotavator blades. We are the quality the farmers can trust . Our blades go through strict quality control and are tested for quality and hardness right when the raw material arrives at the manufacturing facility. The raw material is sent for metal composition testing and is also check for Hardness . Then the blades are again checked for hardness after the hot hardening and water quenching process. Depending on the results of the hardness test , the blades are exposed to a ELECTRIC TEMPER OVEN , where they are heated to a certain temperature of 200 to 300 degree C to achieve the desirable Harness/Toughness ratio of the blades.
