A Poly-V belt (or multi-ribbed belt) is a power transmission belt that combines the high-friction grip of a traditional V-belt with the flexibility of a flat belt. It features a continuous, flat backing with multiple V-shaped ribs running lengthwise along its inner surface, which nest tightly into corresponding grooves on pulleys.
