Narsingh Ispat Limited (NIL) is a public Limited–closely held company incorporated on 30th September 2004. The registered office of the company is located at Diamond Heritage, 16 Strand Road, 15th Floor, Suite No. 1512, Kolkata-700001, West Bengal, India. The company belongs to Goyal Group who are Kolkata based. The Group has been trading Iron & Steel Products, Iron Ore & its fines, and Coke & Coal for the last 30 years.

The company commenced operations in December 2004 and was initially engaged in trading. Gradually its business volume increased manifold and the company decided to get into manufacturing activities. In March 2008, it commenced manufacturing Pig Iron (Steel Grade). Currently, the company has two 65 cu Mtr Blast Furnace along with backward integration of Captive Power Plant, Sinter Plant & Waste Recycling Plant
