M/s Paakhi Business Private Limited was Originally incorporated on 23-11-2006 as Paakhi Fabrics Private Limited which was changed as M/s Paakhi Business Private Limited on 12-09-2013 and duly registered with The Registrar of Companies Uttar Pradesh vide certificate of Incorporation No.U15100UP2006PTC032558 having its registered office at 19-A, Ground Floor, Mohkampur, Phase-1, Delhi Road, Meerut -250103 and Factory at Plot No.118 & 119, Sector-3, Shatabdi Nagar, Meerut-250103 (UP). The Company is engaged in manufacturing and trading of Food Processing Items such as Pickles, Sauces, Juices etc.

The Company has good financial resources and is well established in the market and having experience in food processing business. Company has achieved sales of Rs.2923.65 Lakhs in FY ending 31.03.2025

Smt. Lami Devi w/o Sh. Radhey Kishan Goel, Resident of A-21, Surya Palace Colony, Delhi Road, Meerut is one of the most senior Directors in the Company. She is always actively engaged in the day to day business activities of the company. His guidance, directions and advice always help to take the various decisions to improve the sales, production and administration. She is as good Administrator and a very humble person who keep the eye on business as well as every employee of the Organization.

Shri Prajjwal Goel S/o Sh. Pankaj Goel R/o 90C, Sriram Palace, Delhi Road, Meerut, is one of the youngest Directors in the company. He is a young and dynamic person with entrepreneurial skills and looking after the entire sales of the business. Under his guidance and supervision company is growing day by day and year on year. Due to his Marketing Strategies The Company has achieved his sales targets during Covid-19 pandemic.

Shri Binod Kumar Gupta S/o Sh. Pyare Lal Gupta, resident of C-8, Sector-5E, Shatabdi Nagar, Rithani, Meerut is a good Administrator. He is looking after the entire administration of the company. Under his guidance and strict supervision company is complying all legal, statutory and administrative compliances within the stipulated time which helps the company satisfy the authorities as well as the employees and helps to make a reputation in the market.

The Company is trading of horticulture products since long especially medicinal and Parma ingredients like Ayurvedic and Digestive products and running successfully from many years. The Company is also manufacturing and processing of horticulture products such as

Company is having good payment history and paying their suppliers within 15 days of outstanding which helps the company to negotiate the rates of raw material and finished goods and available as very reasonable rates, which increase the profitability of the company.
