Khandsari (or Desi Khand) is an unrefined, chemical-free raw cane sugar made directly from sugarcane juice. It is produced by boiling the juice into a thick syrup, followed by natural crystallization and centrifugal separation. It retains natural molasses, yielding a golden color and rich, caramel-like flavor.
