Flying Die High-Speed Shear, also known as an on the-Fly Cutting Shear Cut to Length CTL Line, advanced metal cutting system designed to cut non-stop moving metal strip into precise lengths without stopping or slowing the line. This technology is widely used in high-speed CTL lines where maximum productivity, high accuracy, & smooth strip handling critical. Flying die on-the-fly shear CTL machine, the shear unit is mounted on a moving carriage that accelerates to match the strip speed, performs the cut while traveling with the strip, & then returns to its start position.
