Description

A carton box is a lightweight, sturdy container primarily made from paperboard or corrugated fiberboard. It is universally used for shipping, storing, and packaging consumer and industrial goods.

Materials: Typically constructed from Kraft paper, recycled paper pulp, or paperboard.
Structure: Classified by ply thickness (layers of paper). 3-ply (Single Wall) boxes feature one wavy "fluted" layer between two flat liners, while 5-ply (Double Wall) boxes offer heavy-duty protection for shipping heavy or fragile items.
Design & Assembly: Most are die-cut and scored so they can be shipped flat (knocked down) to save space, and easily folded and sealed with tape.
