Burly Tech Private Limited, authorized distributors for C.C.Jensen ( CJC) off-line oil filtration system that deals with CJC™ Oil Filtration Systems and CJC™ Filter Inserts for a wide range of applications in the industrial, power and mining sector.
We also have our own product ranges in Desiccant breathers ( Standard and customized), Oil dispensing systems, Oil Top-up systems, etc.,
CJC filters are capable of removing particles / water / varnish or resin [all in one] from the oil and maintain the quality of oil without disturbing the additives.
CJC filters keep Hydraulic oils, Lubricant oils, Wash oils, Quench oils etc., and also Diesel / Diesel oil cleaner than new always.
There are basically three variants of CJC machine as shown below:
1. HDU Fine Filter
 Dry oil with limited water content (accumulated over time)
 Hydraulic, lube and gear oils - also glycols or ester based fluids
 Retains particles and varnish
 Water removal by absorption (free, emulsified and some dissolved water)
2. PTU Filter Separator
 Water contaminated oil and diesel
 Hydraulic, lube and gear oils – up to ISO VG 150
 Retains particles and varnish
 Free water is removed by separation (coalescing)
 Suitable for oil with good demulsibility (not engine oil, Esters etc.)
3. Desorber:
 Water contaminated oil – even with strong emulsions
 Hydraulic, lube and gear oils – up to ISO VG 1000 (depending on D-type)
 Removes both free, emulsified and dissolved water from oil
 Suitable for most oils even engine oil, paper machine oil etc.
- Does not retain particles and varnish for which we can provide a combo filtration i.e Desorber along with HDU fine filter.
