We are a manufacturing company with CNC Turning and Vertical Axis Machining as one of our core activities. All types of manufacturing of engineering components are carried out by us, especially machining of Aluminium, PVC, PET, Austenitic, Duplex-Super Duplex Stainless Steels. We carry out Hard, Clear and Color Anodizing of Aluminium – Anodizing is an accelerated corrosion process carried out on substrate aluminium in a sub-zero sulfuric acid bath. We also carry out Passivation of Stainless Steels, Alkaline Zinc and Zinc Nickel Plating on alloy steels. Zinc Nickel plating is 85-15% with Tri-Chrome passivation and lacquer topcoats. We execute various types of job orders for our customers as per their drawings and specifications adhering to national / international standards like ASME, ASTM, US-MIL specifications and standards. We are critical engineering component suppliers to MNC EOU customers who cater to global supplies.
